Love, love, love Exercise TV!! It's available through my cable OnDemand - do you know what I am talking about? I think it is amazing how many different exercise "videos" are available at the click of some buttons on my TV remote on this thing. They have everything from Jillian Michaels (The Biggest Loser) to yoga, pilates, sexy dance stretching and more. And it's all free...well, it's included in my cable price.
I always feel great after I exercise. I feel strong and powerful, motivated and healthy. So, why is it that it's so stinkin' hard to get my um....derriere off of the couch to do it? I also have an extremely hard time sticking to a diet. It seems like as soon as my brain even thinks the word diet my stomach says I am hungry and then my cravings kick in. I have been doing pretty good for the last two weeks. I am staying on my "Let's get healthier!" plan pretty good. I haven't been eating fast food nearly as much, I have been exercising much more than I have in a looooong time and I am feeling pretty good about it.
It was soooo hard to make myself get up off the couch and exercise today. Do you ever have those days? I wanted to write down how great I feel right now so that maybe it will be that much easier to do tomorrow. I have to make it three days in a row exercising, so let's see if I can make it this week! Help me out - remind me that I will feel better immediately and I will see results not too far down the road! Thanks for your help! Oh, and if you are the type that needs to give me a hard time, that's ok too! And, if you'd like to have a work out buddy to keep you accountable - let me know!
