And...it's Fall Already!

Some of you may have noticed it has been a looong time since my last post. There has been so much going on in my life and in my family's life that I just haven't sat down and blogged about it! And now it's fall...my favorite time of year for so many reasons!

I absolutely love fall because:

1. That crisp, clean smell in the air as it starts to turn chilly!
2. The gorgeous autumn colors popping up everywhere, and living in Colorado means we have the BEST views of this glorious color change! 
3. My birthday! Although, some years are better than others for this now that I am past 30! It depends on my attitude which can vary from total acceptance to trying to convince myself I am not THAT old. Some years I am more convincing than others! 
4. The temperatures finally start to cool down a little.
5. All of the fun fall decorations - for my house and in my scrapbooking!  My family loves to decorate in the rich autumn colors and my house feels so much warmer this time of year because of it! Now that I have gotten into digital scrapping I am getting to experience that side of it too. 

I recently got two new "jobs." I use the term loosely because they are so much fun, it's not really work. First, I have become a gallery girl at the Stuff To Scrap website where I have been hanging out at quite often. I get to add comments to people's layouts and generally look out for any problems. It's so fun to look at other's scrap pages because I just try to soak it all in and learn. There are some really talented ladies out there!


My second job is being on the Creative Team for one of those super talented ladies I just mentioned. She is one of the designers at Stuff To Scrap and I get to create layouts to help promote her new kits coming out! That is sooo fun! Here are some of the layouts I have done with Queen Bee Scraps' latest kits!

I used Queen Bee Scraps new Build A Kit for October called A Sweet Halloween.
